It is important to take care of your art collection so that you can enjoy it for years to come.
Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight, away from extreme heat, humidity, or moisture. Display it in a stable environment where temperature and light levels are gentle.
Framing is optional but recommended for prints and works on paper. Canvas artworks do not require framing, but a frame can offer extra protection and a polished finish.
It is best to avoid hanging art in areas with high humidity or steam, as moisture can affect the surface and longevity of the piece.
Dust lightly with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Never use cleaning sprays, water, or solvents on original paintings or prints.
All artworks are created with high quality artist materials, but like any fine art, they should be kept out of harsh direct sunlight to prevent gradual fading. Fading is more prevalent with watercolours.
Yes. Most canvases are sealed to protect from dust, UV, and minor scuffs. Prints do not require varnish and should be framed with a protective sleeve or glass if possible.
Contact me. Minor damage can often be repaired or touched up. For prints, I can arrange a replacement at a reduced cost depending on the situation.
Store pieces upright in a cool, dry place, wrapped in acid-free paper or bubble wrap. Avoid stacking anything directly on top of the artwork.
Keep frames dusted, avoid leaning them against sharp objects, and ensure hanging hardware is secure. If your print is under glass, use a standard glass cleaner on the glass only, never on the artwork itself.
Yes. Wrap your artwork in bubble wrap, protect corners, and keep it upright during transport. Avoid leaving it in hot cars or damp environments.
Yes. Texture is part of the beauty of original art. Variations in surface texture are completely normal and are part of the character of each piece.

Very carefully (and slightly obsessively). My priority is that your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Packaging may include protective wrapping, rigid corner protection, and sturdy boxing, depending on the work.
I photograph my work as accurately as possible, but screens can vary in brightness and colour. Texture can also look different depending on lighting.
Because artworks are original, returns aren’t generally accepted for change of mind.
If your artwork arrives damaged (rare, but it can happen), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right.
